We certify that it is delivered to you free from any defect in materials or workmanship and that you are entitled to this warranty subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and to the product with the serial number written on the Warranty Card, and operates worldwide. 2. The product is warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. 3. During the warranty period you will be entitled to free repair or replacement of parts arising from defects in materials and workmanship of the product but excluding damage caused by: misuse, negligence, malicious act or accident; excessive heat or humidity; inflow of any liquid, sand or dirt; operation in direct sunlight or excessive physical force sufficient to deform or damage the case. 4. The warranty shall be automatically cancelled if the product is modified, tampered with or repaired in any way by anyone other than our staff or authorized personnel. 5. You are required to return the product to us or our authorized distributor at your cost and with proof of purchase including the original invoice and warranty card. LIABILITY Notwithstanding anything herein contained, Educational Technologies shall not be liable to the user or any third party whatsoever for any damage, loss, liability or failure to provide any services under this warranty in respect of any act, omission or negligence of any technician, employee or independent contractor of Educational Technologies relating to the performance or purported performance of any obligations under this warranty. Educational Technologies or its agents or representatives shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage, including consequential loss, injury or damage arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the service, delivery or use of the product.
